Our Day-Of Coordination package ensures your wedding day runs smoothly and stress-free. We handle final logistics, coordinate with vendors, manage your timeline, and address any issues that may arise. This way, you and your loved ones can relax and fully enjoy your celebration. All packages include two coordinators on-site. We will begin working with the couple three weeks before the wedding.

Our Month-Of Coordination package includes four focused planning meetings in the month leading up to your wedding to finalize every detail. You’ll also receive a personalized packing list to ensure nothing is overlooked. On the wedding day,
enjoy 12 hrs of coordination time, ensuring every moment runs seamlessly from start to finish.Package & Price:

This package goes beyond coordination by helping you source and secure vendors and decor tailored to your vision. Choose Partial Planning for assistance with 3 or fewer vendors or Full Planning for 4 or more. It also includes all of the benefits of our Month-of Coordination package.

We’ll help capture and share your wedding day memories in style with custom reels, TikTok’s, and photos.
Packages and Prices:
4 hours: $300
Includes 2 reels/TikToks, photos, and candid videos from the day.
6 hours: $450
3-4 reels/TikToks, social media takeover, and photos/videos of the day.
8 hours: $600
Everything included in the 6 hour package with an elevated touch — includes higher-level editing and a few professionally edited photos.
10 hours: $750
Our most comprehensive package, featuring everything in
the 8 hour package PLUS additional edited photos for a premium experience.
